It is with boundless excitement that we write this post today. After 11 years of hard work, fun and a sprinkle of luck, Will and I are extremely proud to announce that 3WhiteHats is now part of Clarity, a global PR & comms agency. Together, we form an agency who are pushing the boundaries in what comms and our digital specialisms can achieve when seamlessly integrated.

There are few moments in your career when you get to write a post like this - so we’d like to take a minute to reflect. 3WH has had more highs and lows than a soap opera Christmas special. As a result, we are known for two things: punching above our weight and for being great fun to work with. We have been lucky enough to work with some of the world’s biggest brands and, through grit, brainpower and our award winning culture, we’ve constantly exceeded what’s expected of an agency.

More recently, Will and I have been looking for the ‘what’s next’? How can we take 3WH to the next level and break through the difficult growth barriers, develop SEO in an ever changing world, and broaden the reach of Social and Analytics? Challenges that have perplexed us, in all honesty. Then along came Clarity, long-term agency friends and inspiration. And they asked us if we’d like to join them.

Can you imagine? From starting in a bedroom in Falmouth in 2009 - to being part of one of the most successful and fast growing agencies in the world. Minds. Blown.

3WhiteHats has been fearless in its approach for our clients since day one. For a small agency, we have grown our global client base. And the positivity the team shares with our clients and our community has always been at the heart of our business.

Our culture, approach and values are a natural fit. 

We’re now part of a group that, with us, has 86 people working across offices in LA, San Francisco, New York, London and Amsterdam. Our clients will immediately benefit from this global reach and the opportunity. Our technology backbone combined with world-class communications is a very compelling advantage for our clients. For our teams’ careers, it is also incredible. Our Cornwall and London offices are being geared for rapid growth as we speak.

The SEO industry is at a crossroads and, in our view, mixing PR and comms with data and tech is the key to unlocking a vast potential for our clients. This is incredibly important in the development of our services as one, global, integrated comms agency. Backed by performance channels such as Paid Search and Social, alongside reporting through deep analytics and measurement - the sum of our parts is so much more. 

We could continue to rapturously write about this hugely exciting progression, but there’s a lot of work to be done!! Not least getting to know our way around such a big family of like-minded folks but also ensuring that all those people who have supported us for the last 11 years fully understand what this opportunity means for the next…

We’ll end with this, our first strapline from 2010 - “get found, be happy”. Well, we just did.
