3WhiteHats awarded No.5 in Campaign's 'Best Places to Work'!

We’re excited to announce that 3WhiteHats has been named among the top five places to work in the UK by Campaign Magazine!

The UK’s prestigious media publication has ranked us in 5th place for ‘Best Places to Work 2020’ overall, as well as number three on its list of the ‘Best Small Places to Work’. We’re also pretty chuffed to be the highest-ranking non-London agency to make these lists.

The results have championed some enviable perks offered at our Cornwall HQ. As Campaign explains: “You don’t have to like the beach to work at 3WhiteHats, but it helps”.

Rosita, our Account Manager, talks about the perks of our unique location, “We’re very spoilt with our waterside office – boasting views of the sea, along with our own beach where lots of us head out swimming, paddleboarding or kayaking on lunch breaks.

And it doesn’t stop at our doorstep. After five years’ service, we’re gifted a travel voucher and the option to take a 6-month sabbatical!”

Work-life balance is hugely central to culture at 3WhiteHats, which is why we offer flexible working hours, an extra day’s holiday for each year of service, homecooked team lunches every Friday, and monthly team socials. And when you dig a little deeper, you’ll also discover bookclubs, weekly lunch outings to different eateries in the town, and members of the team attending creative workshops together.

But it’s not all play. Alan, our Paid Media Manager, says, “The 3WhiteHats’ working environment is really positive and allows the whole team to be creative, which helps us produce the best work for our clients. We’re very lucky to have such a great, diverse team all with the same end goal!”

The agency places great emphasis on personal development for each person in our team, providing training budget, and organising regular attendance at industry events, conferences and workshops. It’s important for us to keep our fingers on the pulse and be at the forefront of digital.

As we enter our 11th year, we’re proud to be bucking the trend of a challenging trading climate by having recently expanded across all departments, thanks to a series of major pitch wins.

Tom, our MD, says, “We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised in the top rankings for the best agencies to work for. Since we started out in 2010, we’ve worked really hard to build an agency that not only delivers the best work for clients, but is also the best place to work for all our teammates. It’s been a big team effort over the years and I couldn’t be happier for us to be recognised alongside other top UK agencies.”

Want to be part of the team? We’re always keen to hear from talented people out there. Recruitment is a long-term focus for us and we have been known to create new roles for the right person, or build that relationship for when the time is right. Be sure to follow us on social media for the latest job updates, check out our video on life at 3WhiteHats, and get in touch here.
